Explanation

The Technical Delegate's report documents that Fernando Alonso (car 14) has used a fifth MGU-K, sixth energy store, and sixth control electronics unit, each exceeding the three allowed for the season, in breach of Sporting Regulations B8.2.2 f), d), and e) respectively. Additionally, the rear wing assembly and suspension setup of Liam Lawson's car (car 30) were changed without approval, and all listed PU elements for Alonso were replaced without approval, both in breach of Article B3.5.3. The matter is referred to the stewards for consideration.
