Explanation

During Sprint Qualifying, the Atlassian Williams F1 Team changed the suspension setup of Car 23 (Alexander Albon) while the car was under parc fermé, without approval from the Technical Delegate. This violated Articles B3.5.3 and B3.5.4 of the FIA F1 Regulations. As a result, the stewards required Car 23 to start the Sprint from the pit lane, as specified in Article B3.5.3 b).
