Explanation
During the Belgian Grand Prix race, nine drivers were reported by the Race Director for not using the track at turns 4, 6 and 19. The stewards determined this was a breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2c (track limits) and Article B1.8.6 of the F1 Sporting Regulations. As a result, the specific lap times listed were deleted in accordance with Article 12.4.1.e of the International Sporting Code.
