Isack Hadjar (Car 6, Oracle Red Bull Racing) was issued a 10-second stop-and-go penalty for failing to reduce speed under double yellow flags at Turn 13. The Stewards based their decision on telemetry, video, and timing data, which confirmed that Hadjar did not make the required speed reduction. The infringement cites regulation breaches under L4.2.5.b (Appendix H, Article 2.5.5 b) of the International Sporting Code) and B1.8.4b of the FIA F1 Regulations. This is the standard penalty for such an offence.
