Doc 7 - Car Display Procedure

Teams must display one car in the pit stop position and another in the garage for media viewing between 12:00 and 13:00 on Friday, with specific rules for new components and weather contingencies.

Per B10.1.2a, one car from each team must be positioned at their pit stop location between 12:00 and 13:00 on Friday, while the second car remains in the garage for viewing. The car featuring new aerodynamic or bodywork components not previously run must be the one displayed if applicable. Pit stop practice is permitted with the outside car, provided it returns to position when not in use. In case of rain, teams will be notified to conduct the display within the garage area and use awnings to protect the cars. Media are restricted to the fast lane of the pit lane for photography, including mobile devices, while TV crews may operate in the working lane.
