Explanation
The stewards determined that Lance Stroll (Car 18) breached Article 12.2.1.i of the FIA International Sporting Code by failing to cross the pit exit white line at the earliest opportunity during reconnaissance laps, as required by the Race Director's Event Note (item 5.7, document 34). Despite not performing a practice start, he did not join the normal racing line promptly. A reprimand was imposed, his first of the season.
