Explanation
Lando Norris (Car 1) was late for the mandatory Thursday Press Conference. The Stewards found this to be a breach of Article B10.1.1.a of the FIA F1 Sporting Regulations and Articles 12.2.1.i and 12.2.1.p of the ISC. The McLaren team was fined €5,000, suspended for 12 months provided no similar breach occurs. Responsibility was attributed to the Competitor under Article 9.15.1 of the ISC. Appeals rights under Article 15 and Chapter 5 were noted but not classified as substantive breaches.
