Explanation
This document is a summons issued by the stewards for the 2026 Italian Grand Prix. Driver 22, Yuki Tsunoda, and a representative from his team, Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team, are required to report to the stewards at 17:45. The reason is an alleged breach of Article B5.9.4 of the FIA F1 Regulations concerning a start procedure infringement that occurred at 15:41.

B5.9.4 Any driver who caused an extra formation lap, and is then able to start the, or any subsequent, extra formation lap must enter the Pit Lane at the end of the lap and must start the TTCS from the end of the Pit Lane as specified in B5.3. A Stop-and-Go Penalty will be imposed on any driver who fails to start the TTCS from the Pit Lane.
B5.9.5 For each Extra Formation Lap procedure completed the TTCS will be shortened by one (1) lap.
