Summary
Liam Lawson must start the Italian Grand Prix from the pit lane after his Red Bull team changed the rear wing and suspension setup on his car while under parc fermé without Technical Delegate approval.
Explanation
The stewards determined that Oracle Red Bull Racing changed the rear wing assembly and suspension setup on Car 30 (Liam Lawson) while under parc fermé conditions without the approval of the Technical Delegate. This violated Articles B3.5.4 and B3.5.3 of the FIA F1 Regulations respectively. As a result, Car 30 is required to start the race from the pit lane, as per Article B3.5.3a.
