Explanation
The FIA Technical Delegate reports that both Charles Leclerc (Car 16) and Lewis Hamilton (Car 44) have used a new power unit ancillary component (PU-ANC) for the remainder of the 2026 Italian Grand Prix competition. Each driver had previously used 5 PU-ANC components, and this new unit is their 6th, which is the allowed number for the season per regulation B8.2.2 g).
