Summary
The Stewards decided no penalty for Charles Leclerc after finding he complied sufficiently with yellow flag expectations at Turn 2.
Explanation
Car 16 (Charles Leclerc) was investigated for allegedly failing to slow for yellow flags at Turn 2. The yellow flag was displayed for Car 87 (Oliver Bearman), who had spun. Evidence showed the yellow flag sector was only 90 metres long, and Leclerc had already committed to braking before he could sight the flag. He slowed through the corner and did not gain on any car ahead. The Stewards concluded he complied sufficiently given the short notice, so no further action was taken.
