Explanation
The stewards reviewed in-car video evidence showing Car 5, driven by Gabriel Bortoleto, left the pit lane when the light at the end of the pit lane was red. The infringement occurred during the build-up to the race re-start after a suspension, not during a live race. Although the race had technically resumed per Article B5.15.2g, the stewards considered mitigating circumstances: no advantage was gained and no unsafe situation was created. Therefore, a reprimand was deemed appropriate. This is Bortoleto's first reprimand of the season.
