Summary
Car 12 (Kimi Antonelli) received a 10-second time penalty for causing a collision with Car 6 (Isack Hadjar) at Turn 6 during the Sprint session.
Explanation
During the Sprint session, Kimi Antonelli (Car 12) collided with Isack Hadjar (Car 6) at Turn 6 on Lap 1. Video evidence showed that Hadjar had achieved front axle overlap ahead of Antonelli before the apex, earning the right to racing room. Antonelli locked a rear wheel, understeered, and made contact with Hadjar, forcing him off-track. The Stewards ruled Antonelli wholly to blame under Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2d (failure to leave sufficient room when defending position) and imposed a 10-second time penalty.
