Explanation
Lewis Hamilton (Car 44) left the track at Turn 13 during the Sprint and rejoined ahead of Oscar Piastri (Car 81). The Stewards reviewed video, timing, and telemetry data and determined that Piastri was not in an overtaking position, so Hamilton did not gain a lasting advantage. No further action was taken under Article B1.8.6 of the FIA F1 Sporting Regulations. Competitors were reminded of their appeal rights under ISC Article 15 and JDR Chapter 5.

B1.8.6 Drivers must make every reasonable e‘ort to use the track at all times and may not leave the track without a justifiable reason. Drivers will be judged to have left the track if no part of the F1 Car remains in contact with it and, for the avoidance of doubt, any white lines defining the track edges are considered to be part of the track but the kerbs are not. Should an F1 Car leave the track the driver may re-join, however, this may only be done when it is safe to do so and without gaining any lasting advantage.
