Explanation

Cars 23 (Albon), 10 (Gasly), 87 (Piastri), and 77 (Bottas) made unapproved setup changes and failed to be covered within two hours post-SQ3, breaching Article B3.4.2 a) and B3.5.3 of the Sporting Regulations. As a result, they are recommended to start the Sprint from the pit lane per Article B3.5.3 b). The matter has been referred to the Stewards for final decision.
