The affected drivers are Alexander Albon, Gabriel Bortoleto, Oscar Piastri, Esteban Ocon, Arvid Lindblad, Charles Leclerc, Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, Valtteri Bottas, Fernando Alonso, Oliver Bearman, Carlos Sainz, and Kimi Antonelli.
