Explanation

The Technical Delegate's report (Doc 24) notes that Scuderia Ferrari HP electronically returned four dry-weather tyres (two sets for Car 16, two sets for Car 44) after FP1 in line with Articles B6.4.1 and B6.3.8 a) iii), but failed to physically return those tyres to the Appointed Tyre Supplier before the start of FP2. This non-compliance with Article B6.4.2 has been referred to the stewards for consideration.
