Explanation
Esteban Ocon (Car 31) arrived approximately one minute late to the scheduled Thursday FIA Press Conference. The Stewards found this breached Article B10.1.1.a of the F1 Sporting Regulations and Articles 12.2.1.i and 12.2.1.p of the International Sporting Code. The team (TGR Haas F1 Team) was fined €5,000, fully suspended for 12 months subject to no further similar breach. The driver's explanation of being delayed after a team meeting was accepted as mitigatory but not exceptional.
