Warning for Hadjar for failing to follow Race Director's practice start instructions

The stewards determined that Isack Hadjar breached Article 12.2.1.i of the ISC by failing to follow the Race Director's instructions. During reconnaissance laps, Hadjar remained within the pit exit road and passed cars ahead on the right instead of crossing the white line at the earliest opportunity to join the racing line, as required by paragraph 13.6 of the Competition Notes. Although he did not perform a practice start, his actions constituted a failure to follow the prescribed procedure. Mitigating circumstances, including a late abort of his intended practice start, were considered, resulting in a Warning rather than a more severe penalty.
