Explanation
Contact occurred between Car 31 (Ocon) and Car 10 (Gasly) at Turn 3 during the race. The Stewards reviewed video and in-car evidence, determining that Gasly had position and was entitled to racing room, but Ocon had already committed to the corner. As neither driver was found predominantly at fault under Appendix L, Chapter IV Art 2(d), no further action was taken.
