Doc 45 - Post-Qualifying Procedure

Top three drivers must follow a specific post-qualifying procedure including weighing, interviews, and photo opportunities.

After qualifying, the top three drivers must return to the pit lane and proceed to the designated area near the FIA garage for weighing while fully attired. Interviews are conducted on the third floor of the pit building, arranged by the Commercial Rights Holder, followed by photo sessions for the Pirelli Award and backdrop. The top three are then escorted to the FIA Press Conference and subsequently to the TV pen. Drivers outside the top three, including those eliminated in Q1/Q2 or finishing 4th–10th, must also be weighed immediately after their final qualifying run and attend TV pen interviews. Any driver stopping on track who doesn’t require medical attention must still report to the scales. All drivers must avoid actions that alter weight before official weighing.
