Drivers must stay below 1:24.0 between Safety Car lines during qualifying out-laps, post-qualifying, and race reconnaissance laps.

The Race Director reminds all drivers to maintain a time below 1:24.0 between the Safety Car lines on the pit lane drawing during qualifying out-laps, after Qualifying, and during race reconnaissance laps to prevent unnecessarily slow driving. This applies when the pit exit is opened for the Race.
