Multiple drivers had lap times deleted in FP1 for failing to use the track at specified turns.

During Free Practice 1 at the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix, the stewards deleted lap times for several drivers who failed to use the track correctly at Turns 1, 5, 10, 11, and 16. The infringement was deemed a breach of L4.2.c (failure to follow track limits) and B1.8.6 (driver conduct and compliance with regulations). The decision to delete lap times was made under S12.4.1.e, which permits such action when track limits are not respected. Notably, Charles Leclerc, Arvid Lindblad, and Pierre Gasly were among those affected, with multiple entries in the report. Competitors were reminded of their right to appeal within the prescribed time limits.
