Nico Hülkenberg (Car 27) received a suspended Stop-and-Go penalty and reprimand for a starting procedure infringement involving incorrect positioning during the formation lap.

During the formation lap, Nico Hülkenberg (Car 27) and Liam Lawson (Car 30) were out of position at Safety Car Line 1, with Car 27 failing to enter the pit lane as required. This breached B5.6.4, mandating a Stop-and-Go penalty. However, the Stewards suspended the penalty under L12.4.6 due to mitigating circumstances, noting no race disruption and correct starting positions. Hülkenberg was reprimanded, his first of the season.
